Live Oak Veterinary Specialists was founded to fill a critical gap: compassionate, high-level neurological care for companion animals in Coastal Georgia and the Carolina Lowcountry. From the beginning, our aim has been not just to treat disease, but to support the human-animal bond and build healthier communities.

Over the years, we’ve grown from a small referral practice into a full specialty center, with advanced technology, a skilled team, and a reputation for empathy and excellence. Our guiding vision is to be a trusted regional center where pets and their families receive state-of-the-art diagnosis, treatment, and long-term support in a pet-centric environment.
